Forward Together: Building on the Past. Looking to the Future.

Learn about our campaign

At Westminster, we believe discipleship is more than simply gaining knowledge, it is becoming more like Jesus in every area of life. Gospel transformation flows from the bullseye of our union with Christ, progressively grounding us in our identity, intimacy, and purpose in him, producing disciples who are resourced, resilient, and ready.

Understanding the Discipleship Environments

We offer a variety of discipleship opportunities throughout the year, particularly during our fall and spring semesters, allowing adults to engage in learning, discussion, and spiritual formation in ways that fit different seasons of life and stages of faith.

Connecting Communities

Healthy discipleship happens in relationships. Connecting Communities meet on Sunday mornings at 10am and create space for God-honoring friendships, encouragement, accountability, and shared spiritual growth.

Formation Groups

Formation Groups provide biblical, systematic, and practical teaching in a smaller group setting. These groups meet throughout the week and are designed to help participants grow in their understanding of Scripture and apply God’s truth to everyday life.

Equipping Workshops

Workshops focus on practical areas of discipleship and skill development, helping people grow in areas such as vocation and calling, neighboring, gospel conversations, and faithful everyday living.

Leader Cohorts

For those seeking deeper development, leader cohorts and coaching environments provide intentional investment, encouragement, and leadership formation in community with others.
