2023 MISSION OPPORTUNITIES
ATHENS, GREECE | MARCH 11-18
- One Week
- For college students and young adults
Westminster is sending a team to work alongside our church planting partners in Athens doing outreach to university students, young adults, and families. This week will be filled with opportunities to share our faith and to help build relationships through a pioneer ministry. We will also have some downtime to visit a few of the places mentioned in the Book of Acts.
Please pray for the people going on this trip as they raise any remaining funding they need and prepare for their upcoming travels. Also pray for the hearts of the people in Athens, Greece who our team will be encountering and builiding relationships with on their trip.
GLYFADA, GREECE | JUNE 2-9
This trip is an opportunity to provide practical help and assistance to others. WPC has been supporting a refugee ministry--the Voula House--near Athens, Greece for several years. This team will serve by doing much-needed maintenance and renovation projects on the building where the refugee families live. We will use our hands and hearts to touch the lives of people who are seeing the Gospel lived out before them. There will also be an opportunity to visit places where the Apostle Paul engaged in ministry with the Early Church.
