Our congregation’s Stephen Ministry equips lay people to provide one-to-one Christian care to people in our congregation and community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.

Stephen Ministry is a confidential ministry. The identity of those receiving care and everything they discuss with a Stephen Minister remain private.

What do Stephen Ministers do?

  • Listen
  • Pray
  • Share Christ’s love
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Attend to the care-giving process and leave the results to God

Stephen Ministers have received up to 50 hours of extensive training in areas such as confidentiality, listening, depression, divorce, grief, etc. and can provide others with the focused care, encouragement, and support they need.

If you find yourself in difficult circumstances and are considering the care of a Stephen Minister, please complete our in-take form linked below.
